Shipping and Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, this includes the time it takes to pick, pack and label your package. 

Time in transit is in addition to processing times and is dependent on the carrier and shipping destination.

Domestic Orders: 7-10 business days in transit 
Total estimated delivery time is between 10-15 business days.

International Orders: 10-20 business days in transit
Total estimated delivery time is  between 12-25 business days.

 

How can I check the status / track my order?

We send updates via email throughout the various order stages, including an initial order confirmation email, a shipping notification, when your order is out for delivery and once your order is delivered.  If you have not received an update, you can use "Contact Us" to receive on demand order status information.

 

My order was returned to sender?

If your order is marked undeliverable by the carrier, and returned to our fulfillment center, we are limited to issuing a refund either as store credit or to your original method of payment.

Due to limited quantities we are unable to ship your order a second time.  We highly recommend verifying all information before submitting your order.  If you believe you may have made a mistake, check your order confirmation page. 

Address Changes

We cannot guarantee that any shipping address changes can be made after an order is placed. Please ensure the correct address is provided at checkout.

We will make every effort to accommodate. 

 

Orders marked delivered but not received

Please be informed that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for the shipment concludes. Unfortunately, without shipping insurance, we are unable to provide coverage for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages after they have been marked as delivered.

We highly recommend considering Package Shipping Protection for all orders to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.  

This additional measure ensures that your package is protected in case of incidents beyond our control.

 

International Shipping

International Shipping & Duties

All international packages are shipped duty unpaid, meaning the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the customs officials of the destination country. We cannot predict or estimate these charges, nor do we collect taxes, duties, or fees on behalf of the customer.
